Shipping Policy
At Meenakshi Foods, we understand the importance of delivering authentic foods and accessories in their finest, original, and safe condition to our customers, just as we procure them from manufacturers across India. The packaging of all products is handled by our manufacturers, and our role is to gather and deliver these products to your doorstep.
We have partnered with top courier services like Ecom Express, FedEx Express, DHL, Ekart, Delhivery, BlueDart, XpressBess, ST Couriers, Smartr, UPS, and many others to ensure all orders are shipped with utmost care.
Order Processing and Shipping Times
All orders received by Meenakshi Foods will be shipped within the timeframe mentioned during checkout. You can find the exact shipping slot on the checkout page.
Address Amendments
Changes to the shipping address can only be made within 6 hours of placing the order. No changes can be made once the order is dispatched, even if the order is shipped within 6 hours. If any unavoidable situation arises where you need to change the address after dispatch, an additional charge for the amendment will be applied.
If an order is returned due to an address issue (e.g., incorrect address, failed delivery attempts), no refund will be issued. Customers will have the option to have the order reshipped to a corrected address, which will require payment of a partial amount from the original order value, along with the shipping charge for the replacement shipment
Indian Orders
We deliver PAN INDIA, covering over 2500 cities and 30,000+ pin codes. All orders will be dispatched within 48 hours. (Orders received on Fridays may take up to 68 hours for dispatch due to delivery services being unavailable on weekends). This does not apply during festive seasons. Transit time for delivery is 3-5 working days.
