How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking details once your order is shipped.
Do you ship across India or internationally?
Currently, we ship pan-India. International shipping is in the works—please stay tuned or contact us for bulk export inquiries.
Are your products safe and hygienically packed?
Absolutely! All products are prepared and packed in hygienic, FSSAI-compliant facilities to ensure freshness and safety during transit.
How do I store the products after delivery?
Each product comes with storage instructions on the packaging. Generally, store items in a cool, dry place, and refrigerate pickles or snacks if specified.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Yes, you can request order changes or cancellations within 3 hours of placing your order by contacting our customer support. After that, processing may have begun.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
We’re sorry for any inconvenience. Please contact our support within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a quick resolution or replacement.
