While We don't provide return or refund in case of damaged product will provide the replacement. You can place the replacement order within 1 days of delivey, and all the products will be delivered to you back within 2-3 businessd days.

Eligibility for Replacement:

If your product is spoiled or damaged upon delivery, you are eligible for a replacement or an alternative product. To initiate a request, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Send an email to support@meenakshifoods.com with details of the issue, including clear photos of the damaged product. We'll review your request promptly and inform you of the replacement status.

What's Not Covered:

• Fragile items like Kai Murukku and Vadgam may naturally break during transit and are not eligible for replacement.
• Meenakshi Foods is not responsible for damage or leakage caused during inspection, and replacements won't be provided in such cases.

Cancellation Policy:
