At Meenakshi Foods, your satisfaction is our priority, and we ensure you receive
high-quality products.
While we don't offer monetary refunds, we happily provide a replacement or an
alternative product of equal value
if an item arrives damaged or spoiled, subject to product availability.
Eligibility for Replacement:
If your product is spoiled or damaged upon delivery, you are eligible for a replacement or an alternative product. To initiate a request, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Send an email to support@meenakshifoods.com with details of the issue, including clear photos of the damaged product. We'll review your request promptly and inform you of the replacement status.
What's Not Covered:
- Fragile items like Kai Murukku and Vadgam may naturally break during transit and are not eligible for replacement.
- Meenakshi Foods is not responsible for damage or leakage caused during inspection, and replacements won't be provided in such cases.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations must be requested within 3 hours of placing the order. If cancellations are made after this period, 50% of the order value may be deducted, as preparations will have already begun. For any concerns, feel free to reach out to us at support@meenakshifoods.com
